  Thank you for reading my letter.
  I'm one of your customers. You can call me (怎么称呼你). I bought (你买的东西) on （哪一天）. The reason why i sent this email to you is the product i bought from your company has some wrong. the (你买的东西 ) didnt work for a long time for no reason. I didnt drop it on the ground or did anything bad to it when i was using it. i even can tell that I treated it as my child. Haha joke.
  So i wondering when i can receive it after you fix it and should i pay extra money for that?
