  I ***representing the marketing team of ****** Ltd would like to book a conference room and accommodation rooms in your hotel. We are planning to have 150 attendees invitedon 16 - 18 Feb 2016. The conference room should be big enough to accompany atleast 150 members.   　　Dear friend, I have a great news to inform here. Through long efforts, Beijing has been granted the right to host 2008 Olympic games.
